Ingredients

1 Kg of red potatoes2 cups of diced lean ham250 g of onions sliced200 ml of white wine200 ml of cream1 reblochon cheese
Boiled the potatoes for 15 minutes with their skins. Then skin them and cut then into medium size slices.
Meanwhile, saute the onions with the ham, add the potatoe slices and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add the wine and the cream. DO NOT add salt because the cheese is salted.
Cut the reblochon in half (lengthwise).
Transfer the mix into an oven pan. Put both halves of the cheese on top and bake at 375° F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted.
