Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

12 whole mushrooms1 T olive oil1 T minced garlic8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened1/4 c grated parm cheese (I use shredded parm cheese)1/4 t pepper1/4 t onion powder1/4 t cayenne pepper
1. preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet. Clean mushrooms. Carefully break off stems. Chop stems extremely fine, discarding tough ends of stems.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Fry until moisture has disappeared. Make sure not to burn the garlic. Set aside to cool.
3. When no longer hot, add cream cheese, parm cheese, pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Should be thick. Fill mushroom caps with generous amount.
4. Bake 20 minutes until hot.
