Ground Turkey- 2lbsWater-2 quartsRotel-1 canTomato Juice-1 quartGreen Peppers-2 cupsBrown Rice- 2 cups cooked (1/2 cup uncooked)Chicken Bouillon-2 tbspBrown Sugar-2 tbspSalt-2 tspPepper-1 tspOnion-1 raw
Directions
Brown turkey & drain. Cook rice & drain. Add remaining ingrediants. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
