vegetable and turkey spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean turkey (just Perfect)1/2 cup of chopped onion1/2 cup of green bell pepper chopped1/4 c grated carrots1 jar of raqu tomato, garlic,& onion sauce1 tsp oregano1 tsp garlic powder8 ozs spaghetti, cooked
Directions
place turkey in skillet and brown until no longer pink add in all veggies saute until tender soft. put in seasoning . mean while cook spaghetti as package indicates. drain spaghetti put back into pan and add the meat mixture.

serve with a salad and garlic bread but add on those calories. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!
