Ingredients
1-8oz package fat free cream cheese2 tablespoons I can't believe it's not butter light1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
cream together the cream cheese and "butter" and vanilla. Add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
Excellent with my pumpkin spice cake recipe!

    I can't wait to try this recipe. I make a cream cheese icing now for cinnamon rolls that is to die for, but I'm glad to see a healthier option. I'm going to try adding 1/2-1 teaspoon of maple extract. I do this to my current recipe and it takes like maple syrup! - 2/2/11

    I made this this evening using only half the cream cheese, and I eye balled the powdered sugar. Probably no more than 1/4 of a cup... and I didn't add the butter, and it tasted EXACTLY like the frosting you get at a bakery... sooo yummy! - 2/7/10
