Healthier beef stroganof

Ingredients
1 med onion2 cloves garlic1 lb steak cut into stripscup skim milk2 tbls flour1 tbls dijon mustardpackage egg noodles
Directions
cook garlic and onion in skillet for 5 to 10 min. stir in beef and brown it. Take out the meat and add milk, flour, and dijion mustard, stir until it thickens up. boil noodles then place meat and sauce on top
