V8 Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Directions
8 oz Low Sodium V8 Juice2 medium celery stalk, rough chopped1.5 cups fresh baby spinach (organic)1/2 cup fresh parsley (organic)1 clove garlic3 slices ginger root (optional)2 Tbs Lemon Juice (more or less to taste)
Chop celery into chunks, add all ingredients to blender and whirr away till smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
In addition to or instead of the above, add some of the following:
Lime juice instead of lemon
Flax oil
Avocado
Red or Green pepper
Kale
Turn it into a green Virgin Mary by adding
Horseradish
Splash of tobasco or dash of cayenne pepper
