Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive oil1 Medium yellow onion1/2 Cup diced peppers1 Tbs chopped garlic1.3 Lbs Ground turkey14.5 Oz. Fire roasted diced tomatoes *No Salt Added*14.5 Oz. Petite cut diced tomatoes *No Salt Added*1 Tbs Chili powder1 Tbs Ground cumin1 Tbs Baking Cocoa powder1/2 Tbs Red pepper sauce9 Oz. Frozen corn2 Cups black beans2 Cups pinto beans8 Oz. Can tomato sauce *No Salt Added*1 Tsp Dried oregano
Directions
1.) In a large pot combine onions, peppers, garlic, and ground turkey. Brown until turkey is done.
2.) Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling, cover and reduce to simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
3.) Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, cover and reduce to simmer and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until desired thickness.
