Margarita Lite Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts1 Cup *On the border Margarita Lite Drink Mix1 TBSP minced garlicFreshly ground black pepper
Directions
Marinate chicken with the garlic and margarita mix. Marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Cover marinated chicken with black pepper and grill.

Serve with Mexican Rice and Black beans

(I baked my checken since the grill was covered in snow! It still was wonderful!)
