Gorgonzola Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup gorgonzonla cheese1/2 clove garlic, minced2 tbsp unsalted butter1 cup half and half3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter over low heat in a heavy saute pan. Add garlic and let it cook slowly, being careful to not burn. Add cream, heat and then add cheese, stirring until well mixed.
Serve over pasta or a grilled chicken breast, etc. garnishing with a little fresh parmesan cheese.

    I tried two other Gorgonzola garlic cream sauces and this is the BEST. I had so many compliments. The second time I made it, I added a splash of white wine. Had angel hair pasta, added chicken breast on top, with the cream sauce over. Then sautéed mushrooms and parsley. Both variations are fab! - 9/27/16
