Bananas Foster Topping

1 stick of margarine or butter (butter works better)1 cup of unpacked brown sugara little bit of Ruma little bit of Banana Liquer3 bananas, sliced (slightly under-ripe works best)cinnamon sugar for garnish
Makes about 8 servings
Melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan. Add the brown sugar and cook until carmelized; add the banana liquer (about once around the pan). Add the bananas; let cook until the bananas are also carmelized. Add the rum (about once around the pan) and light with a lighter. After the alcohol has burned off, serve over vanilla bean icecream with a little bit of cinnamon sugar.
