Sweet potato choco chip bran muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil1/4 c. honey1/4 c. blackstrap molasses11/2 cup fat-free lactaid (milk)2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp sea salt2 cups oat bran11/2 cup whole wheat flour1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces1 cup sweet potato (cooked)1/2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp gluten1/2 cup Splenda
Directions
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, gluten, in small bowl. Mix other ingredients in large bowl. Combine all ingredients.
Pour in muffin cups and bake at 350 fr 30 minutes.
