Ingredients
*Splenda, 48 tsp *Raw sugar, 48 tsp *Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup Salt, 1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Egg white, 3 serving *Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tspWater, Boiling 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat together the milk, egg whites, applesauce and vanilla; add to dry ingredients.
Boil Water Add boiling water and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. (The batter will be very thin.)
Pour into 2 9" baking pans coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
