Green Bean Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless)4 cups Fresh Green Beans2.5 cups Fresh Mushrooms1.5 cups Onions (chopped)30 tbsps Teriyaki2 tbsps Sesame Seeds2 tbsps Olive Oil1 tsp Mince Garlic
Directions
Slice Chicken Breast 1/2 inch thick, (cook, set to the side.) While Chicken is cooking, cut tips off of Green Beans. Blanch Green Beans in 6 cups of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, put directly into ice bath. Sautee Mushrooms, Garlic & Onions in Olive Oil until golden brown. Return Chicken & Green Beans back into pan. Put Teriryaki & Sesame Seeds together. Pour over & mix thoroughly. Warm through, then serve. Makes 6 servings.
