Creamy peach high protein dessert

1 8 serving box of sugar free peach Jell-O2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte protein powder2 cups boiling water2 cups vanilla Soy Slender soy milk2 cans of peaches with no sugar added
Mix together the protein and the soy milk well, preferably with a blender bottle, and refrigerate until needed. Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water. Add protein and soy mixture and mix together well. Refrigerate for about one and a half hours until soft set. Cut the peaches into smaller chunks if desired. Fold peach chunks into Jell-O and refrigerate to set the rest of the way.
