Egg Salad Mediterranean Style

Ingredients
Hard boiled eggs, 4 largeOlive oil, 2TbspCapers, 1TbspSundried tomatoes, 1TbspMustard, 2tsp (we use Dijon style)
Directions
This goes much faster if you keep hard boiled eggs on hand. Or if you have an egg slicer.
Combine all ingredients together in bowl and serve.
