Rainbow Pepper Salad Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 c green bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped2 Tbsp green onion, diced1/8 tsp crushed basil1/8 tsp minced garlic1 Tbl white wine vinegar (or balsalmic)1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Chill for 1-3 hours and serve.
