Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1/4 cup pizza sauce1/4 cup of mozzarella cheeseassorted veggies
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. When oven is hot toast tortilla in oven 1-2 minutes on each side, until tortilla is just starting to become crisp. Spread pizza sauce on tortilla. Top with veggies of your choosing. Good choices are red and green peppers and red onions. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cook in oven until cheese melts.

    Oh yum, simple and easy to make! Quite a bit of sodium though, but a good treat once in a while. I did it in the microwave...so im not sure if it would be any different in the oven. I would make it again maybe once every month or so :) - 3/30/11
