Ingredients1 cup yellow cornmeal1 cup flour1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup sugar1 1/4 cups skim milk2 large egg whites, lightly beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a 9x9 in. pan with parchment paper brushed with olive oil and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

3. Add skim milk and egg whites, stirring until all ingredients are combined.

4. Pour into pan over parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
