Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
cooked chicken, light mayo, curry powder, cinnamon, sugar, raisins, carrots, celery or other vegetables, green onions (optional)
Directions
Makes 5 - 1/2 cup servings

1. Chop a rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces
2. Chop carrot, celery, green onion or other vegetables and add to chicken
3. Add raisins, mayo, curry powder, cinnamon, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Stir until combined. Keep refrigerated.
