Ingredients
Ingredients:1 tube Jennie-o Turkey Breakfast Sausage 16 oz. cooked and chopped2 medium potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, and then cut into 1/4" slices3/4 cup onions, diced6 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic2 cups kale leaves, cut in half, then sliced2 tablespoons chicken base1 quart water1/2 cup milk
Directions
Cook sausuage and bacon, saute onions and garlic. Prepare rest ingredients and add all to crock pot. Cook on low until potatoes are soft. 4 to 6 hours
