Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1 cup black beans3 medium tomotoes chopped1/2 cup salsa1 cup chopped peppers
Directions
Prepare quinoa according to directions, then combine all the ingredients and chill. Keeps in fridge for a couple days. I divide mine up into 1 cup containers for easy access on the run.
