Carribbean Jerk Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1lb (2 large breasts)Lawry's Caribbean Jerk Marinade, 1/3 cupWater, 1/3 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium, slicedRomaine Lettuce Hearts, 4 leaves
Directions
1. Combine Lawry's Caribbean Jerk Marinade and water in a measuring cup and set aside.
2. Lay onion slices on bottom of Crock-Pot, lay chicken breast on top of onion, top with Jerk Marinade and water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken, serve on the lettuce leaves.
