Tuscan Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1/2 tsp Fennel Seed1 tsp Crushed Basil Leaves1 tsp Minced Garlic1 tsp Crushed Rosemary Leaves1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves1/2 tsp Ground Black PepperPam Non Stick Coating - to cook chicken and onion in1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cubed1 Med Sweet onion Chopped1 can Cannellini or Navy White Beans1 can Diced Tomatoes undrained1/4 c Red Wine1 tsp Salt1 Pkg Baby Spinach Leaves 10oz
Directions
HEAT: pan sprayed with Pam on med high heat. Add chicken, cook till browned and cooked through. Add onion and fennel seed, cook and stir on med heat 5 min or until tender.
STIR: in beans, tomatoes, red wine, remaining spices and salt, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet.
STIR: in spinach, cover until spinach is wilted.
SERVE
