Grandma's Egg Dish

Ingredients
Bacon, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw)Mushrooms, fresh, 340.1 gramsScallions, raw, .67 cup, choppedEgg, fresh, 12 largeHalf and Half Cream, 1.5 cupSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .25 tspCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shreddded
Directions
brown bacon, drain and cool on paper towel
saute mushrooms, set aside to cool
combine all ingredients together, except cheese
refridgerate overnight
add 1 cup cheese to mixture and poor into class casserole dish
sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top
bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes
yields 10 servings
