Wet Chocolate Cake w/ Peanut Butter Icing

1/4 lb. butter2 cups flourCake:2 cups sugar3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa1 tsp baking powder3 tsp. baking soda1 cup milk2 eggs1 cup BOILING waterIcing:2 TBSP butter, softened1/2 cup peanut butter3 cups confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 cup milk
Cake:
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Put into greased 9" x 13" pan and bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Toothpick poked in center should come out clean. Ice with your choice of topping.
Icing:
In a small bowl combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 cup milk with electric mixer at medium speed.
Beat frosting until creamy and of spreading consistency. If frosting is too thick to spread, gradually beat in a little more milk.
