Ingredients: Ground Beef 93% Lean 1 lbOnions (chopped) 1 cupCelery (diced) 1 cupCabbagecoarsely chopped 11 cupDiced tomatoes w/green chilies, 1.5 cupStewed Tomatoes, 4 Cuppinto beans, 1.5 cupKetchup, 8 tbspChili powder, 1 tbspOregano, ground, 1/2 tsp
in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.
Transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in the cabbage, stewed tomatoes, beans, dieced tomatoes, ketchup, chili powder, oregano, pepper and salt. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or until cabbage is tender. Serve with cheese and sour cream if desired.
