Lowfat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup sifted flour2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup applesauce2/3 cup sugar2 eggs, beaten1 cup mashed bananas1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift together all dry ingredients. Cream sugar and applesauce. Add eggs and then stir in sifted dry ingredients. Beat in bananas until smooth. Stir in walnuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes
