Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Raisin Bran1/2 cup sugar1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. salt1 1/4 tsp. baking soda1 egg1/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup fat free milk
Directions
Preheat over to 375 degrees.

Combine cereal, sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda in mixing bowl. Beat egg slightly. Add egg, vegetable oil, and milk to dry mixture. Mix only until ingredients are moistened.

Spoon batter evenly into muffin pan and bake 20 to 25 mins.
