Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 16 oz jar creamy peanut butter2 cups Splenda No Calorie Sweetner2 large eggs2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Use a fork and mash a criss-cross pattern into each cookie.

Bake 11 minutes & cool.

Makes 24 cookies

* Recipe is made with regular peanut butter. I entered recipe with reduced sugar peanut butter, was barely any difference in nutritional value. Not sure why info says zero sugar, as the peanut butter does have sugar!
