1 Cup raw-White Rice, Long Grain1.4 grm(S)- Lite Salt1 Tbsp-Extra virgin Olive Oil1/2 Cup-Frozen Vegatable Mix2 Cups- water
Directions
Heat oil in sauce pan, Put rice in and fry till lightly browned. add 2 cups of water,vegatables and salt. Cover and let steam for 45 min. or till rice is cooked.serves 4 .
