Ingredients
1- 18.25 oz box Best Choice Ultra Moist Spice Cake Mix1/2 C grated carrot, raw1/2 C applesauce, unsweetened1/3 C ground flaxseed meal1- 14 oz can pumpkin
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until mixed through. Spoon into mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 * for 9 minutes. Makes 58 mini muffins. Enjoy!
