Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff

1 package of No York Egg Noodles2 tbsp olive oil1 medium shallot chopped4 garlic cloves chopped25 ounces of chicken3 ounces white wine2 cups chopped mushrooms2 tbsp sour cream3 tbsp parmesean cheese1/2 cup fat free milk2 cups frozen peas
Cook noodles.
While noodles are cooking add olive oil to large saute pan over medium heat. When slightly smoking add onions, garlic, and chicken whole. Cook chicken until cooked through and set aside. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add mushrooms, saute for 3 minutes. Then add sour cream, milk, and parmesan cheese. Add noodles and frozen peas. Stir in and heat until peas are unfrozen.
Makes 6 servings, about 2 cups per serving.
