Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pkt. El Paso 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning1 small Onion, diced3-4 tbsp water1 bag Tostitos Multigrain Tortilla chips, crushed1 bunch scallion1 head lettuce2 tomatoes, diced1/4 c. canned, sliced black olives6 oz or more (depending on taste) calorie free French dressing if you can find it; if not, you have to figure out the calories with light French...2 cups Yves lactose-free shredded cheddar (tastes like the real thing but with a more appealing nutritional value) or other low-calorie cheddar.
Directions
Add taco seasoning, water and onion to a saucepan until onion is translucent.

Chop lettuce, tomatoes, scallion, and olives and toss it in a big bowl- very big.... bowl.

Mix in the taco seasoning, coating all your lettuce.

Throw in tortilla chips, cheese and dressing, tossing. Do not mix until ready to serve or salad will wilt!
