Blondie's Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 cup red wine vinegar1 cup salad oil (I use 1/2 and 1/2 olive and canola)1 tbs Onion Juice1 tsp salt1 tsp poppy seeds1 tsp ground mustard20 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener
Directions
Mix the vinegar, truvia, ground mustard, onion juice and salt. Gradually whisk in the oil (SLOWLY--this help it emulsify so the dressing doesn't separate); when done, add poppy seeds.
