Sam's Easy Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
1 Whole Chicken Breast (no skin, no bone)1 tbsp olive oil3 cups Steamed Broccoli3 cups Steamed Sugar Snap Peas3 cups sliced carrots1 - 8oz can La Choy sliced Water Chestnuts1 - 15oz can No-Sugar-Added Mandarin Oranges4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce4 servings Minute Rice-Brown Rice
Directions
Cut up chicken breasts into bite size cubes, and cook in olive oil until no longer pink. Add carrots and cook until al dente. Steam broccoli and sugar snap peas in microwave (or on stove top), and add to cooked chicken. Add water chestnuts and mandarin oranges, and cook until heated through. Top with soy sauce and serve over cooked brown rice.
