Easy Frozen Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
28 oz. Foster Farms Frozen Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts (water and Kosher Salt added)1/4 tsp garlic salt1-2 tsp black pepper2 boxes Rice-A-Roni (any flavor, rice and pasta only, save spice packets for another use)1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup1 cup 2% milk1 cup water
Directions
Makes 7 servings
(1 serving = 4 oz. chicken and 1/3 cup rice/pasta mixture)

Preheat oven to 375 F

Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with Pam. Place frozen chicken in dish and season with garlic salt and black pepper.

Sprinkle rice and pasta from boxes of Rice-A-Roni over chicken. (Reserve spice packets for another use.)

In a bowl, combine can of cream of chicken with milk and water. Pour this mixture over the chicken and rice.

Let cook in 375 F oven for 50-60 minutes. Periodically check to make sure there is enough liquid to cook rice. Add water if necessary.
