Egg Kaka

Ingredients
Eggs - 3Soy Milk - 2 cupsWhite Flour - 1 cup2 tablespoons sugar1 dash salt2 tablespoons olive oil margarine (melted in the glass pan prior to putting in the oven.
Directions

Melt butter in 9 X 13 or 8 X 12 glass pan.

Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl (beat) and pour into the pan with melted butter

Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until egg kaka "raises" - it will "fall" when you take it out of the oven. Delicious!
