Apple Broccoli Stir Fry (Side or Meal)

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, .5 cup, quartered or chopped Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped Mushroom, Fresh (1 Cup), .25 serving Shrimp, raw, 10 medium Kroger Lemon & Pepper Seasoning, 0.25 tsp Great Value Canola Cooking Spray, 1 serving Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
Directions
1. Clean and prepare all items
2. Spray skillet or wok with Cooking spray
3. When the skillet is warm place apples in first followed by, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms. Tossing for a few mins, not over cooking.
4. Add raw shrimp last (because they cook fast)
5. Add Lemon & Pepper seasoning
6. Toss and fold all ingredients until shrimp are pink and ingredients are tender. (DO NOT over cook)
