- place 2 cups water and 1 cup brown rice in 350 oven, covered. cook until all liquid is gone (makes 2 cups.)
- stir fry veggies together in 1/2 oil. ste aside.
- stir dry chicken in rmaining oil, adding sauce and veggies at end.
- serve over brown rice.
