Ingredients
1 pounds tempeh, cut into bite-sized pieces12 ounce(s) spinach, fresh1 pepper(s), red, bell, chopped2 tomato(es), chopped and seeded1 tablespoon oil, olive1 clove(s) garlic1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes, or until tempeh and vegetables are warm throughout.
