Homemade Country Vanilla Ice Cream (sugar-free)

Ingredients
5 dropper-fulls NOW liquid stevia extract1.25tsp vanilla extract2 large fresh farm eggs1.25 cup whole milk1.5 cup heavy whipping cream, UNwhipped
Directions
Combine all ingredients, but the cream, in the Vita-Mix/food processor. Mix well. Add the cream and mix until incorporated. Pour into ice cream maker and process per machine's instructions. Usually 40 minutes using the Cusinart saltless Maker. Now it will be the consistency of soft serve. Can put in freezer to harden.
