Ingredients
2 cups of imitation crab meat 1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1/2 cup fresh cilantro1tsp salt1/4 cup of lime juice
Directions
coarsely chop imitation crab meat, chop rest of ingredients mix in bowl with lime juice salt to taste. chill for half an hour then serve with crackers, or on corn tostada shell. yields 4 servings.

    I LOVE this recipe. I buy the pico de gallo already to go at my Super Walmart and it's a breeze. You must use fresh lime juice! The longer it sits the better. I eat it with romane lettuce leaves it's 2 points per serving so you can have the whole recipe for 8 points! Thanks so much for posting it! - 1/6/09
