Ranch Dressing (Light)

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup 1% milk2 T. light mayo1/2 T. lemon juice1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine milk and lemon juice in a small bowl. Let sit for 15 min. It will become thick and taste tangy like buttermilk. Add more lemon juice if necessary.

In a separate bowl, whisk everything together, including milk mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 8 servings, 2T. each.
