2 lbs of your favorite whole wheat pasta2 lbs of lean ground beef2 cans of tomatoe sauce any kind1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies1 onion choppedthen your favorite seasonings.
brown your beef and onion add seasonings while thats cooking boil your water for your pasta and cook your tomatoe sauce in a separate pan too. when beef mixture is done drain then put in the green chilis cook till pasta is done. Drain pasta. put in beef mixture and a little of the sauce. then put in a 9x13 pan put some more sauce on top then top with cheese cook till cheese is melted. about 10 min.
