Quesadilla Casserole

Ingredients
*Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Mission whole wheat tortilla, 6 serving (remove)Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*McCormick California Style Minced Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove)*Crushed red pepper, .5 tsp (remove)Chi chi's fiesta green chiles, 8 tbsp (remove)Hunt's Sauce, 1.75 cup (remove)*Kuner's Southwestern Black Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)*Kraft Mexican Cheddar Jack, 2 cup (remove)*Shop Rite Sweet Whole Kernel Golden Corn No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Brown beef and onion in large skillet on med-high heat; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn and green chiles; mix well. Stir in all of the spices except Red Pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add Red Pepper to taste, if desired.

2. Spread 1/2 cup of teh beef mixture on bottom of 13x9x2-inch bakin dish sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Top with 3 ot the torillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of the remainig beef mixture and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.

3. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
