Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
12 oz.Salmon Fillet1tsp olive oil1tbl blackening seasoning
Directions
This recipe makes 3 4oz servings.
Rinse fillet rub both sides with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Place skin side up on grill (I used George Foreman) for 10 minutes then flip and cook an additional 5 minutes depending on thickness of fillet (may need less time or more time). When done transfer to platter and serve with your choice of sides.
