Stuffed Green Pepper Soup (Ett's entry, WW recipe)

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1 cup diced onionbasil and oregano1 can Del MOnte no salt added diced tomatoes2 cups chopped green pepper1/2 cup tomato sauce3 cups water1 cup low sodium beef broth1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Brown beef with onion, place into slow cooker with all ingredients. Mix well, cook low for 6-8 hours, or cook in large pot on stovetop, at simmer for 1 hour.

1 cup per serving.
