Ingredients
4 3 oz Filets Tilapia1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes1/4 cup sliced green onions bunch of fresh basil choppedbunch of fresh parsley chopped1 garlic chopped1 tbsp dried Rosemary 1 or 2 tblsp Olive OilSalt, PepperHot Pepper Flakes to taste
Directions
-Preheat oven to 400 degree
-Dry Tilapia with Paper Towel and lay in backing dish
-season with salt and pepper
-top with remaining ingredients, sprinkle with oil
-backe for 15 minutes
