2 lbs Beef Cube Steak1/2 C flour1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper2 lb bag baby carrots1 can Campbell's condensed Tomato Soup1 C water1 pkg Simply Organic French Onion Dip Mix1/3 C dehydrated minced onion
Put carrots in bottom of crock pot. Mix Flour and fresh ground black pepper. Dredge cube steak pieces in the flour mixture; arrange over the carrots. In a bowl, mix the tomato soup, water, french onion dip mix, and minced onion. Pour over the top of the steak pieces. Cook on high for 6-7 hours or low for 8-10 hours, until meat and carrots are tender. Serve with brown rice or mashed potatoes (not included in nutrition calculation).
